Department of Labor (DOL) issued the first round of published guidance on the Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family and Medical Leave under FFCRA. It takes effect on April 1st. Here are some helpful links to reference with regard to the Act:

Anthem Health, has an app called Sydney. This app gives you information regarding your health and healthcare plan. The information is then easy to access and all in one place.
Anthem also offers the LiveHealth Online, you have the ability to video conferences with board-certified doctors while staying within your own home. Members of the LiveHealth Online benefits can access the video service free of charge through June 14, 2020.
WorkLifeMatters Employee Assistance Program offers a hotline and email address that you can contact for assistance to help promote your overall health and well being. During a time like this, the essential need for an overall well being, maybe higher than usual.
