Last week, the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) announced it’s Fast 25 honorees, a group of the fastest growing companies in Indiana. This year’s set of honorees spans a variety of industries and FullStack was honored to be included in the list at No. 6. The rankings were based on revenue growth for those who applied. CEO and Co-Founder Dawn Lively recognizes the organic growth of the company comes from referrals from satisfied and valued customers, and strategic partners.. The expansion during the pandemic also is grounded in companies’ willingness to expand their talent base to include remote workers from outside their area. VP of Business Development Daniel Fuller recognizes the growing pains felt by the company, “The growth FullStack is experiencing is the result of learning from the hard lessons we learned as a young company prior to the pandemic.From our wins and losses, we havelearned a great deal about how to be partners to our clients by listening to them and what was keeping them up at night. Another great distinction for FullStack is it’s the highest rated company on the Fast 25 list with a female co-founder and CEO. Dawn Lively writes, “I’m thrilled to be a female CEO in the Fast 25.
