As 2020 comes to a close, we’re sharing some exciting news: FullStack PEO is expanding! This year we’ve hired four new employees towards our overall goal of twenty-one over the next few years. Our goal to serve small companies with all their human resources and payroll needs; expansion will help us with this objective.
Our founder, Mike Kelly shared this with Inside INdiana Business, “As we’ve been thinking about what continued growth looks like for us, a big part of that was trying to figure out where we want to hire, particularly during a time of COVID when you can have employees anywhere because nobody is really going into the office these days,” said Kelly. “As we reflected on the team culture that we wanted to build and ideally where we would like to grow our presence, we still feel pretty strong that central Indiana is the right place to be.”
With the recent pandemic causing major shifts for small businesses, the need for competent assistance with talent management, human resources, payroll, and benefits administration has become evident. With FullStack focusing its efforts on serving Indiana-based tech companies and startups, growth is necessary in this challenging time. Kelly states, “With COVID-19, we are seeing more and more remote work opportunities – this has led to an increased need for a remote HR services option like ours…We have a lot to build on here in central Indiana and want to continue to invest in the tech and small business communities.”
Expansion for FullStack also means diversifying our services. In the future, we’ll be offering administrative and back-of-house services that will help early-stage companies, such as equity compensation support and bookkeeping. This expansion of services allows us to better serve growing tech companies and startups in Indiana.
